Sizeler Architects handled the renovation of this historic apartment building (circa 1850), working on the facility's residential, commercial and retail components. The renovation of the Upper Pontalba Apartments - which is also listed in the National Register of Historic Buildings - garnered the Sizeler design team special recognition by the American Institute of Architects.
