Contact Mike Breiding | Short section of new surface near mile post(MP) 5 Surface material was pea sized and loose with no fines. Fines, sand grain sized particles or smaller are neccesary in a Rail-Trail surface mix to insure proper compacting of the surface when it is rolled. |
