Fort Morgan is a fort at the mouth of Mobile Bay, Alabama, United States.

Fort Morgan was the site of the Battle of Mobile Bay during the American Civil War. Fort Morgan was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1960.

Fort Morgan is also the name of a small community west of Gulf Shores.
