International Border states

International Border states are states in the United States that share an international border with another country. There are a total of 18 border states, 12 that border only Canada, 4 that border Mexico, one that borders Canada and Russia, and one that borders the Bahamas and Cuba. (Note that Pennsylvania and Ohio are border states because they share a border with Canada in the middle of Lake Erie.)
