Jelly Roll Morton's and his Orchestra

The 1923 sessions are Jelly Roll Morton's first recordings. On the 1929 sessions we find Jelly Roll using a couple of Duke Ellington's musicians and some good old New Orleans musicians. The 1929 sessions are erratic, but the band really smokes on Burnin' The Iceberg.
