French Quarter Citizens...

In the midst of the New Orleans French Quarter, known for its jazz, food and architecture, is a living historical neighborhood of several thousand residents. The French Quarter Citizens organization is comprised primarily of these residents, who have joined together to preserve this national historical landmark and keep alive the old traditions of the Vieux Carré.
