Coast's evacuation routes will have to be revised before the
next hurricane season as bridges destroyed by Katrina will
still be out of commission...Harrison County's website is
back online. Both the county's and the Harrison County's
Sheriff websites had been out of service due to computer
issue...The
Coast is still in relief mode not recovery nearly three
