Victoria W. I am a lowly college student. The school I attend is in a small town in Arkansas, and my usual menu is dictated by the cafeteria. Luckily I have a brother in Denton, Texas. Every visit there includes a trip to la Madeleine, a home away from home. It is the perfect place to sit and catch up on things, and comment on how close to home that resturant feels. When my mother visits, we eat breakfast there every morning and she tries each breakfast item and always decides she likes the crepes the best. After out hearty meal and buying a few jars of strawberry rhubarb jam, we hesitantly get in the car wishing there was a la Madeleine in Chattanooga,TN, or Searcy, AR, but thankful we got to one at all.
