Allsup's Convenience Stores operates about 300 stores in small towns
and along roadsides in New Mexico and Texas. The company's stores offer
hot southwestern-style foods, such as burritos, as well as other food
items and traditional convenience store fare, including cigarettes,
snacks, and sodas. Gasoline is also available at Allsup's locations.
Cutting horse aficionado Lonnie Allsup opened his first convenience
store in 1956. His family continues to own and run the company. |
