It is hereby understood that the acceptance of
this application by the QUADRANGLE FESTIVAL COMMITTEE
is contingent up on applicant meeting qualifying criteria established by the
Texarkana Museums System.
Final acceptance and approval will be made by the festival committee and staff.

CRITERIA FOR VENDORS panel for additional information.

In consideration of the fee set forth above, the
QUADRANGLE FESTIVAL COMMITTEE agrees to reserve exhibit space in the name of the
Applicant and to provide security services during the course of the event. Upon
signing this Acceptance by the Applicant or his/her Agent, the Applicant agrees
to abide by the rules of the QUADRANGLE FESTIVAL ; to furnish equipment and paraphernalia
required to demonstrate and/or market his/her products, to remit to the Museums
Treasurer state or city sales taxes received for transmittal to the appropriate
government agency, or to provide state vendor number or evidence for transmittal
to the appropriate government agency, or to provide state vendor number of evidence
of tax-exempt status. The applicant further agrees to hold the Texarkana Museums
System harmless from all liability damages, and expenses incurred as a result of
negligence on the part of or strict (or products) liability attributable to the
applicant. Both parties agree that in the event of rain or other circumstances
beyond the control of man, NO REFUND OF DEPOSITS OR RENTAL FEES WILL BE GIVEN;
however, should the Festival be cancelled by arbitrary action of the Museums or
Festival Committee and Staff, the deposit or rental fee will be refunded to the
Applicant.
FESTIVAL COMMITTEE AND STAFF WILL MAKE ALL BOOTH & FOOD VENDOR ASSIGNMENTS.

15 receive a $10 discount
