Rise and shine

The transmission

The crew listen to the transmission and trace it's source.

Repairs

Parker and Brett try to repair the damaged systems while Ripley calls and asks how it's going.

Confrontation

Lambert loses it and attacks Ripley because she refused to let herself, Dallas and Kane back aboard the ship.

Kane's Condition

The crew gather at the medical lab to see how Kane is doing.  Nobody listens to Brett.

Search plan

The alien creature loose on the ship has to be captured.  Tensions are high as the crew try to work together to formulate a plan of attack.

Brett's alternative death

Brett comes face to face with the now man-sized alien and is pulled up into an air shaft.  This explains why blood is on Parker's shirt in the next scene.  Apparently, this version of Brett's death showed too much of the alien.

Reassurance

Ripley can see Lambert is having a hard time coping with the deaths of her crewmates.  She tries to give her a bit of reassurance and asks her an unusual question. 

Airlock 1

The crew continue with Dallas's plan after his death, trying to flush the alien into the airlock and blasting it into space.  The scene that should have gone between these two clips was never filmed.

Airlock 2

Lambert desperately calls to Parker, Ripley or Ash.  She has no idea what has happened at the airlock.

Alien stands (No audio)

The alien approaches Lambert while she and Parker are collecting the bottles of coolant for the shuttle.  Again, this scene showed too much of the alien, also it looked too much like a man in a suit!

Cocoon

While preparing the shuttle, Ripley stumbles across the alien's cocoon chamber and finds Dallas and Brett partially transformed into eggs.  Scene cut because it disrupted the flow of the movie.
