Why Don't You Have Anything On...

I often get asked why there is no mention on this site of particular attractions which are still open. The answer is simple: this is a site about closed attractions -- if it's open, it doesn't qualify.

The following attractions (which I am often asked about) are still open:

Caribbean Gardens (Formerly Jungle Larry's).
Citrus Tower
Coral Castle (This is the house, AKA Rock Gate, carved out of coral rock by Ed L., after his 16 year old girlfriend jilted him, that keeps showing up on TV.)
Gatorama
Gatorland (Orlando)
Gulf World
Gulfarium
Key West Aquarium
Marineland
Miami Seaquarium
Monkey Jungle
Parrot Jungle (now on Watson Island)
Ripley's Believe It or Not (St. Augustine and Orlando)
Sarasota Classic Car Museum (Formerly Horn's/Bellm's Cars and Music of Yesterday)
Sarasota Jungle Gardens
Walt Disney World
Weeki Wachee Spring
