Chappy’s Bay Spice . . . (Item # 91001)  $5.95

This great mixture of spices is especially blended for use in soups, stocks, and for boiling seafood. For seafood boils, use 4 tablespoons to 1 gallon of water (see page 106 in Chappy’s recipe collection, “Looks Good To Me!”)

Net weight 4 oz. of spices, salt, garlic, and tricalcium phosphate anticaking agent in a plastic container measuring 5 & 3/8” high, with a diameter of 2 & 1/4”. Its black plastic screw-on cap having two different-sized pouring spouts with flip-up covers is very convenient and efficient.

Chappy’s Blackening Spice . . . (Item # 91002)  $5.95

Use this spice for creating spicy blackened dishes. I recommend fish, shrimp, steak, veal, pork, or chicken. Sprinkle on generously or as little as you like before cookiing, depending on how spicy you like your food.

Net weight 4 oz. of paprika, salt, spices, garlic, onion, and tricalcium phosphate anticaking agent in a plastic container measuring 5 & 3/8” high, with a diameter of 2 & 1/4”. Its black plastic screw-on cap having two different-sized pouring spouts with flip-up covers is very convenient and efficient.

Chappy’s Garlic Spice . . . (Item # 91003)  $5.95

Ground garlic is so much better to use in cookng than garlic salt. Garlic is a great spice that always adds extra flavor. You can’t use too much. It goes with everything.

Net weight 5 oz. of ground garlic in a plastic container measuring 5 & 3/8” high, with a diameter of 2 & 1/4”. Its black plastic screw-on cap having two different-sized pouring spouts with flip-up covers is very convenient and efficient.

Chappy’s Grilling Spice . . . (Item # 91004)  $5.95

This spice is designed to use while grilling. It goes great with whatever you like to grill. I suggest vegetables, meats, chicken, and seafood. Sprinkle lightly or generously, according to your taste buds.

Net weight 3.5 oz. of peppers, paprika, spices, salt, onion, tricalcium phosphate anticaking agent, and garlic in a plastic container measuring 5 & 3/8” high, with a diameter of 2 & 1/4”. Its black plastic screw-on cap having two different-sized pouring spouts with flip-up covers is very convenient and efficient.

Chappy’s Zydeco Spice . . . (Item # 91005)  $5.95

“Zydeco” is spicy Cajun music (see page 27 in Chappy’s recipe collection, “Looks Good To Me!”). This special blend of spices is a great substitute for salt and pepper. Just like the music, my Zydeco is spicy, but not too hot. Use it on everything. Think of it as spicy seasoned salt.

Net weight 7 oz. salt, spices, garlic, and tricalcium phosphate anticaking agent in a plastic container measuring 5 & 3/8” high, with a diameter of 2 & 1/4”. Its black plastic screw-on cap having two different-sized pouring spouts with flip-up covers is very convenient and efficient.

Chappy’s Pepper Sauce . . . (Item # 92001)  $5.95

This hot sauce is a gourmet blend of peppers that adds hot spice to any dish. My hot sauce is not the hottest around, but it is HOT, so be careful. Use with caution. Pepper sauce can be added to soups, eggs, or anything edible that needs a kick.

Net weight 5 oz. habanero peppers, carrots, onions, vinegar, garlic, lime juice, salt.
