The Napoleon House was invited by the New Orleans Museum
of Art to create a special menu in commemoration of
the Louisiana Purchase Bicentennial. Based loosely on
the war campaigns of Napoleon Bonaparte, stately offerings
of President Jefferson and Louisiana cooking traditions,
the Bicentennial Celebration Menu offers a choice of
special appetizers, signature entrees and desserts.
During dinner hours
you will receive a custom-designed commemorative white
china plate when ordering from the special menu: one
featuring Napoleons signature and laurel wreath
motif or one with Thomas Jeffersons well-known
signature and a stylized Federal star.
It will be served for
a limited time only.
