Other information (the fine print):
Tax and Tip:
- Tax: 9.75%
- Tip: 15% for cocktail parties and weddings
- Tip: 20% for sit-down dinners

Deposit:
- To secure a specific date, a 20% deposit is required.
This deposit is non-refundable and the balance
is payable within 2 weeks of the function.
- If no deposit is received and another party requests these
accommodations and function space, you will have the first
option of acceptance or refusal.
Overtime:
- A fee of $200 per half hour plus 9.75% tax and 15% tip
is charged for any request to continue the beverage portion
of a function after the contracted ending time. This price
is based on 50 guests.
Manned Chef Stations:
- $100 per station for a 3-hour party, plus tax
- With additional menu item - priced on request
Special Event Prices:
- Prices on request—i.e., New Year's Eve, Halloween,
Holidays, etc., use option #4 with a minimum of 75 guests,
20% tip would apply.
- For each additional hour, add $7.50 per person for drinks
only.
- The food menu will be served for approximately 2 1/2 hours.
- NOTE: We will require a guest list for the night of the
function.
- There will be an additional charge for security.
Decorations:
- Please, no stapling, taping, or nailing to walls or woodwork.
- POSITIVELY NO rice, confetti, bubbles,
birdseed, sparklers, or fireworks.
Live entertainment:
- Bands are welcome to add to the ambiance, but we must
request that they play with very little or no amplification. All
bands should contact us before the function date for instructions.
Also please advise us if you wish us to serve band members
alcoholic beverages and hors d'oeuvres. The cost would be
half of the per person guest price.
Smoking Policy:
- So as not to offend the non-smoking guests, CIGAR smoking
is allowed on the balconies only.
Methods of Payment:
- Cash, personal or company checks are accepted.
- Credit cards will be accepted for deposit only with the
balance due in cash or check.
